कॉकक्रोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के नेता आशुतोष रांका ने कहा कि पार्टी नेतृत्व ने हाल ही में चुनाव आयोग के खिलाफ अपने विरोध प्रदर्शन और उसके बाद हुई पुलिस कार्रवाई की समीक्षा की है। रांका ने संकेत दिया कि CJP अपनी कोर टीम और समन्वयकों के बीच चर्चा के बाद एक अलग रणनीति के साथ लौटेगी। उन्होंने एक उड़ान से अपनी गिरफ्तारी, अलग-अलग हिरासत और पुलिस द्वारा कथित उत्पीड़न का विवरण दिया, यह बताते हुए कि बंदी प्रत्यक्षीकरण याचिका दायर होने के बाद ही उन्हें औपचारिक रूप से गिरफ्तार किया गया था। पार्टी का लक्ष्य घटनाओं के बाद अपने दृष्टिकोण का पुनर्मूल्यांकन करना है।
