Migrant Boat Sinks Off Greece, One Dead

One person has died and 25 are missing after a boat carrying migrants sank off the Greek island of Gavdos, near Crete. Fifty-one people were rescued by nearby vessels. Survivors reported 77 individuals were on board. Search and rescue operations are underway, though hampered by strong winds.
