300-Year-Old Lucknow Temple Closed During Navratri Due To Flooding

The famous Chandrika Devi Temple, located in Lucknow's Bakshi Ka Talab area and approximately 300 years old, has been temporarily closed for devotees during Navratri. Police have set up barriers about 200 meters before the temple, with notices indicating the closure is due to flooding. This closure has caused disappointment among devotees who travel from afar to visit the temple, especially during the auspicious Navratri period. Local shopkeepers are also facing losses due to the reduced footfall.

300 साल पुराना लखनऊ का मंदिर नवरात्रि में बाढ़ के कारण बंद

लखनऊ के बख्शी का तालाब इलाके में स्थित और करीब 300 साल पुराना प्रसिद्ध चंद्रिका देवी मंदिर नवरात्रि के दौरान भक्तों के लिए अस्थायी रूप से बंद कर दिया गया है। पुलिस ने मंदिर से करीब 200 मीटर पहले बैरिकेड लगा दिए हैं, जिन पर लगे नोटिस में बाढ़ के कारण मंदिर बंद होने की जानकारी दी गई है। इस बंद की वजह से दूर-दूर से मंदिर दर्शन के लिए आने वाले भक्तों को, खासकर शुभ नवरात्रि के दौरान, निराशा हुई है। स्थानीय दुकानदारों को भी कम भीड़ के कारण नुकसान का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
