Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers' shares fell approximately 6% on Wednesday, despite the company reporting a significant 50% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 41.94 crore for the July-September quarter. Revenue from operations also saw a more than 20% year-on-year rise to Rs 273 crore. The decline may be attributed to a 14% year-on-year increase in expenses, particularly employee benefit costs, which led to a drop in EBITDA margin. Despite market volatility, the company highlighted resilient investor participation and broad-based growth across its business segments.
