Undertrial Prisoner Murdered In Delhi Jail

An undertrial prisoner, identified as Pramod, was murdered inside Central Jail No. 10 in Delhi's Rohini on Monday. He was allegedly attacked with a sharp weapon by two fellow inmates, Bhola and Mukesh. Preliminary information suggests the dispute was over Pramod selling tobacco inside the jail. Pramod was lodged in jail as an undertrial in an Arms Act case. He was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him dead. Police are investigating the incident.
