जमुई मामले में एक नाबालिग पीड़िता की माँ बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी से मिलीं। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ने एक अभिभावक की तरह काम किया। माँ ने बताया कि उनकी बेटी बहादुर थी और उसकी पढ़ाई व सुरक्षा का भरोसा दिलाया गया। पुलिस और प्रशासन के काम से वह संतुष्ट हैं, मुख्य आरोपी का एनकाउंटर हो गया है। उन्होंने उस लड़के की भी तारीफ की जो बेटी के साथ था। परिवार ने समाज से अपराधियों के खिलाफ एकजुट रहने की अपील की।
