Two Youths Get 20 Years For Raping Minor

A special Pocso court in Ahmedabad has sentenced two 22-year-old youths to 20 years in jail for raping a 16-year-old girl. The girl later gave birth to a child. The court found sufficient evidence against both accused, with DNA samples confirming one as the biological father. The prosecution presented 17 witnesses and 48 documentary evidence pieces. The court also ordered Rs 10.5 lakh compensation for the victim.

अहमदाबाद की एक विशेष Pocso कोर्ट ने 16 साल की एक लड़की से बलात्कार करने के आरोप में 22 साल के दो युवकों को 20 साल की जेल की सज़ा सुनाई है। लड़की ने बाद में एक बच्चे को जन्म दिया। कोर्ट ने दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ पर्याप्त सबूत पाए, जिसमें DNA सैंपल ने एक को जैविक पिता के रूप में पुष्टि की। अभियोजन पक्ष ने 17 गवाह और 48 दस्तावेजी सबूत पेश किए। कोर्ट ने पीड़िता को 10.5 लाख रुपये का मुआवज़ा देने का भी आदेश दिया।
