TCS Clarifies US PERM Program Suspension Won't Impact Workforce Strategy

The US government has suspended the PERM program for eight major tech companies, including TCS. TCS has clarified that this decision will not affect its workforce strategy or client operations. The company stated it adheres to all US labor department directives and focuses on hiring local talent, operating 31 offices and delivery centers in the US.
