The Rubber Board is set to launch 'INR Konnect', a digital platform designed to connect rubber tappers with plantation owners facing labour shortages. This initiative aims to ensure the availability of skilled workers, thereby preventing disruptions in tapping operations. The Board is also actively encouraging women's participation through special training programs, with over 1,256 women trained recently. Additionally, 980 rural women in Northeast India have received similar training, underscoring a broader effort to bolster the rubber plantation sector's workforce.

रबर बोर्ड 'INR Konnect' नाम का एक डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म लॉन्च करने वाला है, जो रबर टैपरों को बागान मालिकों से जोड़ेगा जिन्हें मजदूरों की कमी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इस पहल का मकसद कुशल श्रमिकों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना है, जिससे टैपिंग के काम में कोई रुकावट न आए। बोर्ड विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से महिलाओं की भागीदारी को भी सक्रिय रूप से प्रोत्साहित कर रहा है, हाल ही में 1,256 से अधिक महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षित किया गया है। इसके अलावा, पूर्वोत्तर भारत में 980 ग्रामीण महिलाओं को भी इसी तरह का प्रशिक्षण मिला है, जो रबर बागान क्षेत्र के कार्यबल को मजबूत करने के व्यापक प्रयास को दर्शाता है।
