Delhi DDA Begins Redevelopment of 45 Slum Clusters

DDA has initiated the redevelopment process for 45 slum clusters across the city. These clusters, covering a total of 135.74 acres, will be divided into 15 distinct projects. To move forward, the DDA is seeking to appoint three transaction advisers. These advisers will be responsible for preparing detailed feasibility reports for the proposed redevelopment plans. This initiative aims to improve living conditions in these densely populated areas.

डीडीए ने शहर भर में 45 झुग्गी बस्तियों के पुनर्विकास की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। ये बस्तियां, जो कुल 135.74 एकड़ में फैली हैं, इन्हें 15 अलग-अलग प्रोजेक्ट्स में बांटा जाएगा। आगे बढ़ने के लिए, डीडीए तीन ट्रांजेक्शन एडवाइजर्स की नियुक्ति करना चाहता है। ये एडवाइजर्स प्रस्तावित पुनर्विकास योजनाओं के लिए विस्तृत व्यवहार्यता रिपोर्ट तैयार करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे। इस पहल का उद्देश्य इन घनी आबादी वाले क्षेत्रों में रहने की स्थिति में सुधार करना है।
