Student Federation Seeks Action Against Malla Reddy University For Disrupting Academics

The All India Students’ Federation (Telangana) has demanded action against Malla Reddy University and its associated institutions for allegedly disrupting academic activities. Leaders criticised the university management for hosting a film trailer launch on October 23 and declaring a holiday, encouraging students to watch a film released on October 30. They stated that film-related programmes, some running late into the night, divert attention from studies and undermine educational standards. The federation urged the Telangana Council of Higher Education and UGC to investigate these alleged violations and take appropriate action.

ऑल इंडिया स्टूडेंट्स फेडरेशन (तेलंगाना) ने कथित तौर पर शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों को बाधित करने के लिए मल्ला रेड्डी यूनिवर्सिटी और उससे जुड़े संस्थानों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। नेताओं ने 23 अक्टूबर को एक फिल्म ट्रेलर लॉन्च की मेजबानी करने और छुट्टी घोषित करने के लिए विश्वविद्यालय प्रबंधन की आलोचना की, जिससे छात्रों को 30 अक्टूबर को रिलीज हुई फिल्म देखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि फिल्म से संबंधित कार्यक्रम, जिनमें से कुछ देर रात तक चलते हैं, पढ़ाई से ध्यान भटकाते हैं और शैक्षिक मानकों को कमजोर करते हैं। फेडरेशन ने तेलंगाना काउंसिल ऑफ हायर एजुकेशन और UGC से इन कथित उल्लंघनों की जांच करने और उचित कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया।
