ICICI Prudential AMC Profit Rises 6% YoY To Rs 889 Crore; Declares Rs 30 Dividend

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company reported a 6.1% year-on-year rise in profit after tax to Rs 889 crore for the second quarter of FY27. The company's board also declared an interim dividend of Rs 30 per equity share. Revenue from operations increased by 16.3% YoY to Rs 1,674 crore. Average assets under management grew 14.4% to Rs 11.61 lakh crore, with a market share of 13.3%. The unique customer base expanded to 17.8 million.

ICICI प्रूडेंशियल एसेट मैनेजमेंट कंपनी ने FY27 की दूसरी तिमाही में टैक्स के बाद ₹889 करोड़ का मुनाफा दर्ज किया, जो पिछले साल की तुलना में 6.1% ज़्यादा है। कंपनी के बोर्ड ने ₹30 प्रति इक्विटी शेयर का अंतरिम डिविडेंड देने का भी ऐलान किया है। ऑपरेशंस से रेवेन्यू 16.3% बढ़कर ₹1,674 करोड़ हो गया। एसेट्स अंडर मैनेजमेंट (AUM) 14.4% बढ़कर ₹11.61 लाख करोड़ हो गया, जिसका मार्केट शेयर 13.3% रहा। यूनिक कस्टमर बेस बढ़कर 17.8 मिलियन हो गया।
