Indian Seafarer Killed in Strait of Hormuz Attack

A cargo ship, MV Cape Dao, was struck by projectiles in the Strait of Hormuz, resulting in the death of one Indian seafarer. The vessel carried 20 Indian crew members. The UK Maritime Trade Operations agency reported the ship was hit and subsequently caught fire, with the remaining crew evacuated. India's External Affairs Ministry confirmed the fatality and stated its embassy in Oman was liaising with authorities.

होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य में MV Cape Dao नाम के मालवाहक जहाज पर हमला हुआ। इस हमले में एक भारतीय नाविक की मौत हो गई। जहाज पर कुल 20 भारतीय क्रू मेंबर थे। UK Maritime Trade Operations ने बताया कि जहाज पर हमला हुआ और आग लग गई। बाकी क्रू को सुरक्षित निकाल लिया गया है। भारत के विदेश मंत्रालय ने भी मौत की पुष्टि की है और कहा है कि ओमान में भारतीय दूतावास अधिकारियों से संपर्क में है।
