Nepal Bans Indian Film 'Udta Teer' Over Content Violations

Nepal has banned the upcoming Indian film 'Udta Teer', starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, citing violations of the country's cinema law. The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology refused public screening after the censor board review. This is not the first time Indian films have faced bans in Nepal. Previously, 'Adipurush', 'Chandni Chowk to China', 'Delhi Belly', and 'Karma' were banned due to controversial dialogues, historical inaccuracies, or objectionable content.

नेपाल ने आगामी भारतीय फिल्म 'उड़ता तीर' पर देश के सिनेमा कानून के उल्लंघन का हवाला देते हुए प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। आयुषमान खुराना और सारा अली खान अभिनीत इस फिल्म को सेंसर बोर्ड की समीक्षा के बाद सूचना और प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय ने सार्वजनिक प्रदर्शन की अनुमति देने से इनकार कर दिया। यह पहली बार नहीं है जब नेपाल में भारतीय फिल्मों पर प्रतिबंध लगा है। इससे पहले 'आदिपुरुष', 'चांदनी चौक टू चाइना', 'दिल्ली बेली' और 'कर्मा' जैसी फिल्मों को विवादास्पद संवादों, ऐतिहासिक गलतियों या आपत्तिजनक सामग्री के कारण प्रतिबंधित किया गया था।
