Masked Israeli settlers attacked vehicles carrying European diplomats and officials in the occupied West Bank, according to Belgium's Foreign Minister. The Belgian consul general, French and Polish diplomats, and a French mayor were among those targeted. The settlers reportedly surrounded a diplomatic vehicle, demanding identification and smashing a window. Israeli police have opened an investigation into the incident. The Israeli Prime Minister's office criticized what it called a smear campaign against settlers during the olive harvest.
