The Vaishali district administration has ordered stricter enforcement of the ban on boat operations after sunset in Raghopur. District Magistrate Varsha Singh directed officials to fix responsibility for negligence and take action against violators. A district-level committee will investigate a recent accident, review rescue and medical response, and identify lapses in the safety system. To enhance emergency preparedness, two SDRF camps are being established, and the Mohanpur Primary Health Centre is proposed for upgrade to a Community Health Centre.
