Noida traffic police seized 39 buses and issued 67 challans over three days for safety and regulatory violations. This action follows a recent bus fire on the Yamuna Expressway that claimed nine lives. Authorities inspected 1,003 buses for emergency exits, fire equipment, and other safety features. The transport department also launched Operation Kavach 2.0, seizing 21 buses on the first day and 18 later. Seized buses will undergo technical examination and must comply with safety norms before release.

नोएडा ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने तीन दिनों में सुरक्षा और नियामक उल्लंघनों के लिए 39 बसें जब्त कीं और 67 चालान काटे। यह कार्रवाई हाल ही में यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे पर हुई एक बस दुर्घटना के बाद हुई, जिसमें नौ लोगों की जान चली गई थी। अधिकारियों ने आपातकालीन निकास, अग्निशमन उपकरण और अन्य सुरक्षा सुविधाओं के लिए 1,003 बसों का निरीक्षण किया। परिवहन विभाग ने ऑपरेशन कवच 2.0 भी शुरू किया, जिसमें पहले दिन 21 बसें और बाद में 18 बसें जब्त की गईं। जब्त की गई बसों का तकनीकी निरीक्षण किया जाएगा और रिहाई से पहले उन्हें सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करना होगा।
