Visakhapatnam district recorded the highest turnout at 79.35%, followed by Vizianagaram and Srikakulam. The polling process was marked by local protests over civic issues, with residents in Visakhapatnam demonstrating against drainage problems. Voters in Parvathipuram Manyam and Anakapalli districts faced difficulties reaching polling stations due to waterlogged areas. A territorial dispute also emerged at Jamadangi village bordering Odisha, where residents were warned against voting in Andhra Pradesh elections.
