Karnataka Govt To List Illegal Muda 50:50 Sites

The Karnataka government will soon publish a list of sites identified as illegal under the controversial Muda 50:50 scheme. Urban Development Minister Yathindra Siddaramaiah stated that the list is being prepared following a representation from BJP MLA TS Srivatsa. Sites allotted illegally will be cancelled based on the findings of the Justice Desai Commission. The minister assured that legally allotted sites, which were already examined, are not included. The government will also explore measures to protect genuine buyers who may have acquired such sites from beneficiaries holding them illegally.

कर्नाटक सरकार अवैध 50:50 साइटों की सूची जारी करेगी

कर्नाटक सरकार जल्द ही विवादास्पद Muda 50:50 योजना के तहत अवैध पहचानी गई साइटों की सूची प्रकाशित करेगी। शहरी विकास मंत्री यतींद्र सिद्धारमैया ने कहा कि यह सूची भाजपा विधायक टीएस श्रीवत्स के एक अभ्यावेदन के बाद तैयार की जा रही है। जस्टिस देसाई आयोग की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर अवैध रूप से आवंटित साइटों को रद्द कर दिया जाएगा। मंत्री ने आश्वासन दिया कि कानूनी रूप से आवंटित साइटें, जिनकी पहले ही जांच की जा चुकी है, इसमें शामिल नहीं हैं। सरकार ऐसे लाभार्थियों से अवैध रूप से साइटें रखने वाले वास्तविक खरीदारों की सुरक्षा के उपायों पर भी विचार करेगी।
