A Utah man has filed a lawsuit against political commentator Candace Owens, alleging her podcast falsely linked him to the shooting of Charlie Kirk. Robert Hild Jr. claims Owens' coverage, which used his photographs, damaged his reputation and exposed him and his family to threats and unwanted attention. Hild states he witnessed the event and was later photographed on a trail believed to be used by the alleged shooter. Despite seeking retractions, Owens allegedly continued the claims, leading to vandalism and law enforcement advising Hild to leave his home.
