IT advisory firm Infotech has acquired Bengaluru-based SaaS startup Zluri, integrating its application discovery and identity governance capabilities. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Zluri will operate as a standalone division within Infotech, retaining its product development and engineering teams. This acquisition aims to expand Zluri's reach among enterprise customers by leveraging Infotech's global network of over 30,000 IT leaders. Zluri, founded in 2020, helps businesses track and manage digital tools used by employees, serving over 250 enterprise clients globally.
