Karnataka HC Orders Bank To Refund Rs 3.25

A woman who mistakenly transferred Rs 3.25 lakh to the wrong account instead of her father's has been ordered to receive the money back by the Karnataka High Court. The court directed the bank to re-transfer the funds within three days. The erroneous transfer occurred due to similar account numbers, with the intended account ending in 1619 and the unintended one in 1916. The recipient account was reportedly dormant.

कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट ने एक महिला को बड़ी राहत दी है। महिला ने गलती से अपने पिता के बजाय किसी और के खाते में 3.25 लाख रुपये भेज दिए थे। कोर्ट ने बैंक को तीन दिन के अंदर यह रकम वापस ट्रांसफर करने का आदेश दिया है। यह गड़बड़ी अकाउंट नंबरों के मिलते-जुलते होने के कारण हुई थी।
