Bombay High Court Protects Ananya Panday's Identity From Misuse

The Bombay High Court has granted interim relief to actress Ananya Panday, prohibiting the unauthorized use of her photos, AI-generated images, and video clips. The court ordered the removal of objectionable content identified by Panday from the internet. This interim order, issued by Justice Madhav Jamdar, came after Panday filed a petition seeking protection for her personality rights. She alleged that various products and online platforms were using her images and AI-generated content without permission.

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने एक्ट्रेस अनन्या पांडे को अंतरिम राहत दी है। कोर्ट ने उनकी तस्वीरों, AI से बनी तस्वीरों और वीडियो क्लिप्स के अनधिकृत इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगा दी है। कोर्ट ने पांडे द्वारा पहचानी गई आपत्तिजनक सामग्री को इंटरनेट से हटाने का आदेश दिया है। जस्टिस माधव जामदार ने यह अंतरिम आदेश पांडे द्वारा अपनी पर्सनैलिटी राइट्स की सुरक्षा के लिए याचिका दायर करने के बाद जारी किया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया था कि विभिन्न उत्पाद और ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म उनकी तस्वीरों और AI-जनित सामग्री का इस्तेमाल बिना अनुमति के कर रहे थे।
