इन-स्पेस (IN-SPACe) और इसरो (ISRO) के सहयोग से मिशन शक्तिसैट (ShakthiSAT) का लक्ष्य 108 देशों की 12,000 लड़कियों को अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान और टेक्नोलॉजी से जोड़ना है। इस प्रोग्राम में फिजिक्स, कोडिंग और हैम रेडियो जैसे विषय सिखाए जाते हैं, साथ ही सैटेलाइट पेलोड, डिजाइन और मिशन प्लानिंग में एडवांस ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है। भारतीय वायु सेना की पूर्व विंग कमांडर जया तारे इस बात पर जोर देती हैं कि यह पहल लड़कियों को अंतरिक्ष टेक्नोलॉजी को समझने, उसमें शामिल होने और योगदान करने के अवसर प्रदान करती है।
