Her platform now has over 1,000 active users and more than 20,000 job listings. The idea stemmed from her mother's hearing difficulties, aiming to help neurodivergent individuals find suitable jobs by assessing workplace environments. Navya believes AI should be regulated and used correctly, not banned outright. She also developed another tool, 'Legible,' to simplify legal and medical documents for children with special needs.
