Two homebuyers who paid Rs 1.16 crore for Mumbai flats in 2013 have been ordered a refund with interest by MahaRERA. They were promised possession by December 2014 but the project remained incomplete and its registration lapsed. The developer acknowledged receiving Rs 1 crore but disputed the full amount paid, citing pending approvals and the pandemic. MahaRERA ruled in favour of the buyers, noting substantial payments and the project's incomplete status.

मुंबई में 2013 में फ्लैट खरीदने वाले दो खरीदारों को MahaRERA ने ब्याज सहित पैसे वापस करने का आदेश दिया है। उन्हें दिसंबर 2014 तक पज़ेशन मिलना था, लेकिन प्रोजेक्ट अधूरा रहा और उसका रजिस्ट्रेशन भी खत्म हो गया। डेवलपर ने 1 करोड़ रुपये मिलने की बात मानी, पर बाकी रकम पर विवाद किया। MahaRERA ने खरीदारों के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया।
