Balrampur DJ Owner, Operator Arrested After Girl's Death

Balrampur police have arrested the owner and operator of a DJ system following the death of a seven-year-old girl. Vaishnavi Tiwari collapsed in her classroom on Monday as a loud Ganesh idol immersion procession passed nearby. The DJ owner, Chandra Prakash Verma, and operator, Rampal Saini, were booked under culpable homicide and disobedience sections of the BNS. The outpost in-charge was suspended for supervisory lapses.
