Lohagad Murder Case: Tourists' Photos Show Accused

Pune rural police have submitted tourist photographs to the court as evidence in the Lohagad murder case. The pictures, taken on June 18, inadvertently show Ketan Agarwal, Siya Goyal, and Chetan Choudhary at the crime scene. These images corroborate other evidence, confirming Chetan's presence at the spot from where Ketan was allegedly pushed to his death. The chargesheet, spanning 5,300 pages, also includes statements from witnesses and digital evidence. Senior advocate Ujjwal Nikam is set to be appointed as the special public prosecutor for the case.

पुणे ग्रामीण पुलिस ने लोहागढ़ हत्या मामले में अदालत में पर्यटकों की तस्वीरें सबूत के तौर पर पेश की हैं। 18 जून को खींची गई इन तस्वीरों में गलती से केतन अग्रवाल, सिया गोयल और चेतन चौधरी अपराध स्थल पर दिखाई दे रहे हैं। ये तस्वीरें अन्य सबूतों की पुष्टि करती हैं, जिससे पता चलता है कि चेतन उस जगह पर मौजूद था जहाँ से कथित तौर पर केतन को धक्का देकर मार दिया गया था। 5,300 पन्नों की चार्जशीट में गवाहों के बयान और डिजिटल सबूत भी शामिल हैं। वरिष्ठ वकील उज्ज्वल निकम को इस मामले में विशेष लोक अभियोजक नियुक्त किया जाना तय है।
