Tata Communications Q2 Profit Soars 86% to Rs 341 Crore on Revenue Growth

Tata Communications reported a significant 86.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 341 crore for the second quarter of FY27. Revenue from operations also saw a healthy rise of 9.6% YoY, amounting to Rs 6,688 crore. The company's operating performance improved, with EBITDA growing 21.1% to Rs 1,422 crore and EBITDA margins expanding to 21.26%. The board also approved the transfer of its Kaleyra shareholding to a subsidiary to simplify the group's structure.

टाटा कम्युनिकेशंस ने वित्त वर्ष 27 की दूसरी तिमाही में समेकित शुद्ध लाभ में 86.3% की साल-दर-साल वृद्धि दर्ज की, जो 341 करोड़ रुपये रहा। परिचालन से राजस्व में भी 9.6% की स्वस्थ वृद्धि देखी गई, जो 6,688 करोड़ रुपये रहा। कंपनी के परिचालन प्रदर्शन में सुधार हुआ, EBITDA 21.1% बढ़कर 1,422 करोड़ रुपये हो गया और EBITDA मार्जिन बढ़कर 21.26% हो गया। बोर्ड ने समूह की संरचना को सरल बनाने के लिए अपनी Kaleyra शेयरधारिता को एक सहायक कंपनी को हस्तांतरित करने की भी मंजूरी दे दी।
