New Noida to Add 20,000 Hectares of Developable Land

Uttar Pradesh government plans to develop New Noida across approximately 20,000 hectares to meet rising industrial demand. The expansion aims to generate 5-6 lakh direct and indirect jobs by 2030, with land acquisition occurring in phases. This initiative, part of the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region, seeks to address land shortages in the existing Noida, which is already 90% developed. The project focuses on industrial and commercial real estate, including manufacturing facilities and logistics parks, and may be supported by three proposed Metro corridors.

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार बढ़ती औद्योगिक मांग को पूरा करने के लिए लगभग 20,000 हेक्टेयर में नई नोएडा विकसित करने की योजना बना रही है। इस विस्तार का लक्ष्य 2030 तक 5-6 लाख प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष नौकरियाँ पैदा करना है, जिसमें ज़मीन अधिग्रहण चरणों में होगा। दादरी-नोएडा-गाजियाबाद निवेश क्षेत्र का हिस्सा, यह पहल मौजूदा नोएडा में ज़मीन की कमी को दूर करने का प्रयास करती है, जो पहले से ही 90% विकसित है। परियोजना औद्योगिक और वाणिज्यिक रियल एस्टेट पर केंद्रित है, जिसमें विनिर्माण सुविधाएं और लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क शामिल हैं, और इसे तीन प्रस्तावित मेट्रो कॉरिडोर द्वारा समर्थित किया जा सकता है।
