Congress Appoints Election War Room Heads For Five States Ahead Of 2027 Polls

The Congress party has begun preparations for the 2027 assembly elections by appointing election war room heads in five key states: Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa, Manipur, and Uttarakhand. These appointments were approved by the Congress president and are effective immediately. The Election Commission of India is also reviewing poll preparedness in these states, with assembly terms set to end between March and May 2027. Sachin Yadav will lead in Uttar Pradesh, Kannan Gopinathan in Punjab, Imroz Khan in Goa, Biswaranjan Mohanty in Manipur, and Krishan Satrod in Uttarakhand.

कांग्रेस पार्टी ने 2027 के विधानसभा चुनावों की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। इसके लिए पांच अहम राज्यों - उत्तर प्रदेश, पंजाब, गोवा, मणिपुर और उत्तराखंड में चुनाव वॉर रूम के प्रमुख नियुक्त किए गए हैं। इन नियुक्तियों को कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने मंजूरी दी है और ये तुरंत प्रभावी होंगी। भारत का चुनाव आयोग भी इन राज्यों में चुनाव की तैयारियों की समीक्षा कर रहा है, क्योंकि मार्च से मई 2027 के बीच विधानसभा का कार्यकाल खत्म होने वाला है। उत्तर प्रदेश में सचिन यादव, पंजाब में कन्नन गोपीनाथन, गोवा में इमरोज खान, मणिपुर में बिस्व रंजन मोहंती और उत्तराखंड में कृष्ण सट्रोड नेतृत्व करेंगे।
