Located a 45-minute to one-hour journey from central Delhi, the 23-hectare site lacks readily available drinking water and has uneven terrain with waterlogged patches and scattered litter. Unlike Jantar Mantar, which is centrally located and a long-standing site for demonstrations, Burari Ground offers scarce facilities within its premises. Protesters will need to carry their own water and face longer travel times and higher cab fares to reach the location.
