The aerospace and defence company's stock has risen 18% in four days following the board's approval of a ₹650 crore equity infusion via warrants from the promoter group. This funding will support capacity expansion in aerospace and consumer businesses, including the Hosur facility. The equity infusion is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, with full conversion expected to increase the promoter group's holding to 60.73%.
