The Delhi High Court has granted interim protection to actor Kangana Ranaut's personality rights, restraining the unauthorised use of her name, image, and voice. The court directed Meta Platforms to remove AI-generated deepfakes, manipulated videos, and fabricated content within 72 hours of receiving the order. Relevant authorities are also tasked with blocking specified websites that host infringing material. This interim measure aims to protect Ranaut's image from unauthorised commercial exploitation and misleading content, including potentially explicit deepfakes, until the next hearing.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने एक्ट्रेस कंगना रनौत के पर्सनालिटी राइट्स को अंतरिम सुरक्षा दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा है कि उनकी नाम, तस्वीर और आवाज़ का अनधिकृत इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जा सकता। कोर्ट ने Meta Platforms को AI-जनित डीपफेक, एडिटेड वीडियो और झूठी सामग्री को आदेश मिलने के 72 घंटे के अंदर हटाने का निर्देश दिया है। संबंधित अथॉरिटीज को ऐसी वेबसाइट्स को ब्लॉक करने का भी काम सौंपा गया है, जिन पर उल्लंघनकारी सामग्री है। यह अंतरिम उपाय रनौत की छवि को अनधिकृत व्यावसायिक इस्तेमाल और भ्रामक सामग्री से बचाने के लिए है, जिसमें अगली सुनवाई तक संभावित रूप से आपत्तिजनक डीपफेक भी शामिल हैं।
