Ghaziabad GDA Clears Harnandipuram Township Phase 1

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) board has approved the phase 1 layout for its upcoming Harnandipuram Township, planned across 501 hectares near Raj Nagar Extension. Phase 1 will cover approximately 49.62 hectares, with a net developable area of 25.4 hectares designated for residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational purposes. The project aims to enhance regional development and improve connectivity, with provisions for road widening and green spaces. This development is situated near the proposed Aerocity-themed township and an international cricket stadium, promising significant regional growth.

गाजियाबाद डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (GDA) बोर्ड ने राज नगर एक्सटेंशन के पास 501 हेक्टेयर में बनने वाले हरनंदीपुरम टाउनशिप के पहले चरण के लेआउट को मंजूरी दे दी है। पहले चरण में करीब 49.62 हेक्टेयर जमीन पर काम होगा, जिसमें से 25.4 हेक्टेयर में घर, दुकानें, स्कूल और पार्क बनेंगे। इस प्रोजेक्ट से इलाके का विकास होगा और कनेक्टिविटी भी सुधरेगी। पास में ही एक थीम टाउनशिप और क्रिकेट स्टेडियम भी बन रहा है।
