CMD Murali M stated the company is not looking to be overly aggressive in this segment, preferring build-to-suit facilities to mitigate risks of vacant spaces and falling rentals. While acknowledging the continued work-from-home culture, the firm plans measured growth in office spaces. The company will maintain its focus on the residential sector, aiming to double its sales value to Rs 4,500-Rs 5,000 crore over the next two years.
