धनबाद पुलिस ने 28 साल के एक आदमी को सरकारी नौकरी और प्रमोशन दिलाने के नाम पर लाखों रुपये की ठगी करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है। पकड़े गए पंकज गुप्ता पर आरोप है कि उसने उम्मीदवारों से 6 लाख से 20 लाख रुपये तक वसूले और राज्य के शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य विभागों के लिए फर्जी नियुक्ति पत्र जारी किए। ठगी के शिकार 12 लोगों ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई है, और पुलिस गुप्ता के भाई की संलिप्तता की भी जांच कर रही है। यह घटना नौकरी से जुड़े घोटालों के बढ़ते चलन को दर्शाती है जो उम्मीदों से भरे आवेदकों को निशाना बनाते हैं।
