India Rejects Pak-China Border Deal, Demands Vacating Territory

India has rejected the so-called Pakistan-China Boundary Joint Commission, stating it has no legal basis and that Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh are integral parts of India. The Ministry of External Affairs reiterated that Pakistan has no locus standi to enter into arrangements concerning Indian territory under its illegal occupation. India also reaffirmed its non-recognition of the 1963 China-Pakistan Boundary Agreement, calling it illegal and invalid.

भारत ने पाकिस्तान-चीन सीमा संयुक्त आयोग को खारिज कर दिया है। विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि इसका कोई कानूनी आधार नहीं है और जम्मू-कश्मीर व लद्दाख भारत के अभिन्न अंग हैं। भारत ने यह भी दोहराया कि पाकिस्तान के अवैध कब्जे वाले भारतीय इलाकों को लेकर कोई भी समझौता करने का उसे कोई अधिकार नहीं है। भारत 1963 के चीन-पाकिस्तान सीमा समझौते को भी अवैध और अमान्य मानता है।
