Edelweiss Opens Rs 300 Crore NCD Public Issue

Edelweiss Financial Services has launched a public issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a base issue size of Rs 150 crore and a green shoe option of up to Rs 150 crore, aggregating to Rs 300 crore. The issue features 10 series of NCDs with tenures ranging from 24 to 120 months, offering fixed coupons and various interest payment options. The effective annual interest yield spans from 8.64% to 10.00%.

एडेलवाइस फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज ने 150 करोड़ रुपये के बेस इश्यू साइज और 150 करोड़ रुपये तक के ग्रीन शू ऑप्शन के साथ सिक्योर रिडीमेबल नॉन-कन्वर्टिबल डिबेंचर्स (NCDs) का पब्लिक इश्यू लॉन्च किया है। कुल मिलाकर यह 300 करोड़ रुपये का है। इस इश्यू में 24 से 120 महीने की अवधि वाले 10 सीरीज के NCDs हैं, जो फिक्स्ड कूपन और विभिन्न ब्याज भुगतान विकल्प देते हैं। प्रभावी वार्षिक ब्याज यील्ड 8.64% से 10.00% तक है।
