Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) co-convener Ashutosh Ranka vowed to continue protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar after being released from detention. Ranka stated that protesters were not backing down and their agitation was only beginning, comparing their resilience to cockroaches surviving nuclear attacks. He alleged that authorities had harassed protesters and cancelled trains to prevent them from reaching Delhi, drawing parallels to the Emergency. The CJP demands Kumar's resignation, accusing authorities of using police to suppress their movement.
