The property, located in the gated Beverly Ridge Estates community, features an approximately 24,500-square-foot Tuscan-style mansion with eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The estate has previously hosted notable guests, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Perry plans to relocate to Puerto Rico and reduce his professional schedule.
