Kanpur police have arrested a 28-year-old man, Golu Yadav, in connection with a gold chain and Rudraksh garland robbery. The incident occurred near Tiwaripur village, where the dhaba owner, Bhanu Pratap, was targeted. Police identified the accused by analyzing footage from over 250 CCTV cameras. Golu Yadav confessed that he acted as the lookout while two accomplices committed the robbery, as his father knew the victim. The accused admitted to selling parts of the stolen garland for Rs 23,000.

कानपुर पुलिस ने 28 साल के गोलू यादव को सोने की चेन और रुद्राक्ष की माला लूटने के मामले में गिरफ्तार किया है। यह घटना तिवारीपुर गांव के पास हुई थी, जहाँ ढाबा मालिक भानु प्रताप को निशाना बनाया गया था। पुलिस ने 250 से ज़्यादा CCTV कैमरों की फुटेज खंगालकर आरोपी की पहचान की। गोलू यादव ने कबूल किया कि उसने दो साथियों के लिए 'लुकआउट' का काम किया था, जिन्होंने लूटपाट की थी, क्योंकि उसके पिता पीड़ित को जानते थे। आरोपी ने माना कि उसने चुराई गई माला के कुछ हिस्से 23,000 रुपये में बेच दिए थे।
