Bihar Transfers 17 IPS Officers Including SPs

Bihar has transferred 17 Indian Police Service officers, including the Superintendents of Police from Bhojpur and Siwan districts. SP Jha, who was in charge during a student protest in Siwan on July 25 where an AK-47 was allegedly used, has been moved to the waiting list for a new posting.
