Five years after its inception, the Indira Gandhi Centre for the Arts is still without a permanent home. A letter sent to the Culture Secretary in early October highlighted the ongoing delay in allocating land for the national arts centre. The land was originally scheduled to be allocated three years ago, but the process remains incomplete. This prolonged uncertainty continues to affect the centre's ability to establish a stable operational base and plan for future activities.

स्थापना के पांच साल बाद भी इंदिरा गांधी कला केंद्र को स्थायी ठिकाना नहीं मिला है। अक्टूबर की शुरुआत में संस्कृति सचिव को भेजे गए एक पत्र में राष्ट्रीय कला केंद्र के लिए भूमि आवंटित करने में हो रही लगातार देरी पर प्रकाश डाला गया। भूमि मूल रूप से तीन साल पहले आवंटित की जानी थी, लेकिन प्रक्रिया अभी भी अधूरी है। यह अनिश्चितता केंद्र के लिए एक स्थिर परिचालन आधार स्थापित करने और भविष्य की गतिविधियों की योजना बनाने की क्षमता को प्रभावित कर रही है।
