Gujarat's Winter Delayed As El Nino Keeps Mercury Stubbornly High

Gujarat is experiencing an unusually warm November, with winter chill noticeably absent across the state. Persistent El Nino conditions are pushing back the onset of cooler weather, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Daytime temperatures are expected to remain significantly above normal, and nighttime temperatures will also be warmer than usual, offering little respite. This unseasonable heat streak is predicted to continue through December, delaying the expected crisp winter air for residents.

गुजरात में नवंबर का महीना असामान्य रूप से गर्म है, और राज्य भर में सर्दी का अहसास बिल्कुल भी नहीं है। India Meteorological Department (IMD) के अनुसार, अल नीनो की लगातार स्थिति के कारण ठंडे मौसम की शुरुआत में देरी हो रही है। दिन का तापमान सामान्य से काफी ऊपर रहने की उम्मीद है, और रात का तापमान भी सामान्य से अधिक गर्म रहेगा, जिससे कोई खास राहत नहीं मिलेगी। यह असामान्य गर्मी दिसंबर तक जारी रहने का अनुमान है, जिससे निवासियों को अपेक्षित सर्द हवाओं का इंतजार करना पड़ेगा।
