Kalaburagi Rowdy-Sheeter Externed Over 9 Cases

Kalaburagi city police have externed Raju alias ‘Sanna Kodali Raja’, a 30-year-old ‘A’ category rowdy-sheeter, to Ballari district. Nine cases, including murder and rioting charges, were registered against him between 2015 and 2026 in Kalaburagi city. The externment order was issued by the special executive magistrate considering his repeated involvement in unlawful activities and the potential disturbance to public peace. This action was taken under Section 55 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963, following a report by the Station Bazaar police inspector.

कलबुर्गी शहर की पुलिस ने 30 वर्षीय 'ए' श्रेणी के बदमाश राजू उर्फ 'सन्ना कोडली राजा' को बल्लारी जिले में भेज दिया है। कलबुर्गी शहर में 2015 से 2026 के बीच उसके खिलाफ हत्या और दंगे सहित 9 मामले दर्ज थे। विशेष कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट ने उसकी बार-बार की गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों में संलिप्तता और शांति भंग करने की आशंका को देखते हुए उसे बाहर भेजने का आदेश दिया। स्टेशन बाज़ार पुलिस निरीक्षक की रिपोर्ट के बाद कर्नाटक पुलिस अधिनियम, 1963 की धारा 55 के तहत यह कार्रवाई की गई थी।
