Telangana to Pilot External Evaluation for Classes 6 and 9 Students

The Telangana School Education Department has directed all District Educational Officers to conduct external evaluations for students in Classes 6 and 9 on a pilot basis. This new assessment method will be implemented for summative assessments 1 and 2 across all 33 districts. Initially, the external evaluation for summative assessment 1 will focus on Class 9 students statewide and Class 6 students in nine specific districts. This initiative aims to introduce a new dimension to student assessment within the state's education system.
