Chandigarh is experiencing cooler nights and warm days as winter approaches, with a significant 16.4 degrees Celsius difference observed between minimum and maximum temperatures. On Monday, the maximum temperature reached 31.4 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal, while the minimum was 15 degrees Celsius, which was normal. No major temperature changes are predicted for the next three days, though partly cloudy skies may follow. Rainfall this month has exceeded normal levels by 47.2%, contrary to initial forecasts.
