The inauguration of Pune's Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar metro line 3 is delayed again due to the model code of conduct for Maharashtra legislative council elections. The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) awaits an inauguration date from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). Uncertainty looms over holding the launch during the election code period. PMRDA will seek advice from the collector's office on proceeding. Final safety clearance for five additional stations is also pending.

पुणे की हिंजवड़ी-शिवाजीनगर मेट्रो लाइन 3 का उद्घाटन महाराष्ट्र विधान परिषद चुनावों के कारण आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू होने से फिर टल गया है। पुणे मेट्रोपॉलिटन रीजन डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (PMRDA) प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (PMO) से उद्घाटन की तारीख का इंतजार कर रही है। चुनाव आचार संहिता के दौरान लॉन्च होने को लेकर अनिश्चितता बनी हुई है। PMRDA आगे बढ़ने के लिए कलेक्टर कार्यालय से सलाह लेगी। पांच अतिरिक्त स्टेशनों के लिए अंतिम सुरक्षा मंजूरी भी लंबित है।
