Bihar's government is launching an initiative to send selected teachers abroad for advanced training. The aim is to study modern teaching methods and systems in countries with excellent education models. These insights will then be implemented in Bihar's school system to benefit students. The Education Department will establish clear selection criteria based on merit and performance, with applications to be processed after the Chhath festival. Selected teachers will study teaching techniques, curriculum, and parent-teacher coordination, and must submit a detailed report upon their return.

बिहार सरकार चुनिंदा शिक्षकों को उन्नत ट्रेनिंग के लिए विदेश भेजने की पहल कर रही है। इसका मकसद उन देशों में आधुनिक शिक्षण विधियों और प्रणालियों का अध्ययन करना है जहाँ शिक्षा के मॉडल बेहतरीन हैं। फिर इन जानकारियों को बिहार की स्कूली व्यवस्था में लागू किया जाएगा ताकि छात्रों को फायदा हो। शिक्षा विभाग योग्यता और प्रदर्शन के आधार पर चयन के स्पष्ट मानदंड तय करेगा, और छठ पूजा के बाद आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। चुने गए शिक्षक शिक्षण तकनीकों, पाठ्यक्रम और अभिभावक-शिक्षक समन्वय का अध्ययन करेंगे, और लौटने पर एक विस्तृत रिपोर्ट जमा करनी होगी।
